Our endoclip are used for clamping the mucosa tissue of gastrointestinal track under the guide of endoscope.
- Mucosa/sub-mucosa defeats less than 3cm in diameter;
- Bleeding ulcer;
- polyp site less than 1.5cm in diameter;
- diverticulum in the colon;
-marking under endoscope

Clinical Use
The Endoclip can be placed within the Gastro-intestinal (GI) tract for the purpose of hemostasis for:
Mucosal/sub-mucosal defects < 3 cm
Bleeding ulcers, -Arteries < 2 mm
Polyps < 1.5 cm in diameter
Diverticula in the #colon
This clip can be used as a supplementary method for closure of GI tract luminal perforations < 20 mm or for #endoscopic marking.
Hachisu reported permanent hemostasis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 84.3% of 51 patient treated with hemoclips
Many types of stainless steel alloys and phases associated with different crystalline structures are currently used to manufacture endoclips. Their magnetic properties vary considerably, ranging from non-magnetic (austenitic grade) to highly magnetic (ferritic or martensitic grade).
These devices are produced in two sizes, 8 mm or 12 mm in width when opened and 165 cm to 230 cm in length, allowing deployment through a colonoscope.
The average time that clips remain in place was reported as 9.4 days in the product insert and manual. It has been widely accepted that endoscopic clips detach within a 2-week period [3].
